It is recommended that children and adolescents should do 60 minutes (1 hour) or more of physical activity each day. This does not refer to "on-screen" activity time! So turn off the TV, Computer, IPad, Nintendo, Game Boy, Playstation and get MOVING!

The International School of Manila's AFAC program offers a number sports at the Elementary School (ES) and Middle School (MS) level that are non competitive, recreational and skills-based in nature. The range of activities available is great but is in no way exhaustive.

The purpose of this site is to give children, who live in Manila, the opportunity to get active, externally to their school environment.

Follow the links below find the details of individuals, businesses, organizations, clubs and schools that cater to children and provide opportunities for them to be physically active.

Are you looking for an activity not yet on the list? Or are the phone numbers/links no longer valid? Let me know and I will do my best to track down updated information!

Please e-mail me with any items to add, edit, or delete. This is a space for parents and the ISM ES Physical Education department to work together to share activities for children to become involved in, and around, Manila.
